Canderel
Canderel is a brand of sweetener made mainly from aspartame and Acesulfam-K. Canderel was first marketed in France in 1979. The name “Canderel” is a combination of candi (or sugar cane) and airelles – the French word for bilberries. The assortment is various, there is not only powder which is great for baking, but also tabs and sticks. There is as well a product based on stevia for those who prefer a more natural variation.
