Based on several years of development, testing and hard work, Färsodlarna have created the first minced meat with roots in Sweden. Ever. Swedish-grown Vegofärs is a pure and tasty craft and free from both meat and soy. You can use it just like regular ground meat in your best recipes. It contains only the three legumes sweet lupine, gray pea, field bean and rapeseed from Swedish fields. The only thing they added is a pinch of salt, you are responsible for all other seasonings. Swedish-grown Vegofärs is made with such a simple method that anyone with a meat grinder could make their own at home.
