Larsa
Larsa is a Swedish producer of yoghurt products and cheeses. Husam Meizar founded it after moving to Sweden in the early 90s and missing the yoghurts and cheeses in his native Iraq.
Larsa plays a role in the current Swedish food culture and move towards trying different products. They have everything from traditional Greek and Turkish yoghurt to Ayran and Mango Lassi. They also have delicious cheeses like Halloumi, Feta, Anari and Labneh.
