Lord Calvert Canadian Whisky
Lord Calvert has a nice and fruity aroma of caramel, honey, vanilla and orange. The taste is fruity with vanilla and caramel which turns into shades of dried fruit in the aftertaste.
Canadian whiskey differs from Scottish whiskey in its manufacture. Unlike Scottish whiskey, pure corn brandy is used as a base and then mixed with a so-called flavoring whiskey. The minimum storage period for Canadian whiskey is three years on oak barrels.
Lord Calvert, introduced in the Swedish market in 1984, is today Sweden’s best-selling whiskey. The success lies in a soft and well-balanced character and a light fruity that is easy to enjoy.
