At Sillikonttori, we make handcrafted Finnish, tasty herring and Baltic herring products with 40 years of know-how. We want to bring you carefully developed and refined high quality products.
We select the fish raw materials for the products by hand, piece by piece. Locally grown herbs and vegetables bring more good taste to already delicious products.
Our quality thinking is based on the fact that the raw materials must be fresh and the production processes short – this guarantees the excellent taste of the products.
Domesticity is important to us, and so our products have been awarded the Avainlippu sign. Skilled partners share a responsible world of values with us: this is what MSC certification says. The MSC label guarantees that the fish has been caught in an ecologically sustainable way.
