Acquisition of Galleberg AS by Aurelius Group subsidiary Conaxess Trade Norway AS concluded successfully

Galleberg AS is one of Norway’s leading distributors of brands to grocery, convenience, horeca and health- and lifestyle shops. Owner of Galleberg is the Styrmoe family.

This add-on acquisition nearly doubles the size of Conaxess Trade Group in Norway to more than 45 million Euro (430 mnok) in revenues per year. The acquisition aims to increase the value for Brand Owners and Customers through close partnerships and collaboration.
Olaf J. Styrmoe, owner and Chairman of Galleberg, will join the Board of Directors of Conaxess Trade Norway AS and bring in his expertise regarding brand owners and customers.

Galleberg AS and Conaxess Trade Norway AS will continue to operate as individual legal entities units until an integration process has been formalized and completed. Expected timing of this will be during the first half of 2018. Until this process has been concluded we will continue business as usual with designated responsible contact persons in each company.
