It all began in the centre of Cremona, a town in the North of Italy , where Enea Sperlari started to combine a personal passion with a business idea and began to sell two traditional Cremonese products: torrone and mostarda. The artisan quality of his creations won over the entire city and not only: the brand quickly became famous in Italy and in the world, among Italian communities.
Today, Sperlari company is still inspired by the passion of the founder and his timeless recipes, passed on for generations.
